  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 ounces lasanga noodles
  • 2 cups tomato sauce or pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • bake at 350 for 30 min, then top with chese and bake for another 15 min
