Lasanga
Ingredients
- 16 ounces fat free cottage cheese
- 4 ounces basil
- 4 ounces spinach
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 ounces lasanga noodles
- 2 cups tomato sauce or pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- bake at 350 for 30 min, then top with chese and bake for another 15 min
