Sausage, Potatoes, and Veggies in One Pan
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Andouille Sausage sliced
- 1.5 pounds red potato diced
- 1 medium sweet onion cut into bit sized pieces
- 1 medium red bell pepper cut into bit sized pieces
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- smoked paprika to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F
- Combine all ingredients in a large container and toss to coat evenly
- Spread on a large baking pan in a single layer
- Bake for 15-20, stir once, then bake for another 15-20 minutes until done
