Pumpkin Pound Cake
Ingredients

- 2 sticks butter grass fed
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour king arthur
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
glaze
- 4 tbsp butter grass fed
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- bake at 325 for 55 min in bundt pan
- boil 1st 3 glaze ingredients for 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in sugar, corn starch, and pecans
