Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
Pumpkin Pie
- 15 ounces pumpkin pureed
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
Graham Cracker Crust
- 11 graham crackers crushed
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 8 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
Crust
- Crush graham crackers in a food processor
- Stir in salt and sugar
- Stir in melted butter
- Place into 9 inch pie dish
- Chill in fridge until you are ready to add filling
Pie
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Mix spices with pumpkin puree
- Mix in rest of ingredients and transfer to pie crust
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425 then reduce oven temp to 350F and continue to bake for another ~35 minutes
