Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Pie

  • 15 ounces pumpkin pureed
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 11 graham crackers crushed
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Crush graham crackers in a food processor
  • Stir in salt and sugar
  • Stir in melted butter
  • Place into 9 inch pie dish
  • Chill in fridge until you are ready to add filling

Pie

  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • Mix spices with pumpkin puree
  • Mix in rest of ingredients and transfer to pie crust
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 425 then reduce oven temp to 350F and continue to bake for another ~35 minutes
