Pumpkin Pie
- 15 ounces pumpkin pureed
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
Graham Cracker Crust
- 11 graham crackers crushed
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 8 tbsp butter melted
Crust
Crush graham crackers in a food processor
Stir in salt and sugar
Stir in melted butter
Place into 9 inch pie dish
Chill in fridge until you are ready to add filling
Pie
Preheat oven to 425F
Mix spices with pumpkin puree
Mix in rest of ingredients and transfer to pie crust
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 then reduce oven temp to 350F and continue to bake for another ~35 minutes
