Potato Bacon Corn Chowder
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 sweet onion pureed
- 2 tbsp flour
- 6 cups whole milk
- 12 oz frozen corn
- 8 oz bacon cooked and chopped
- 2 lbs potato cut into small chunks
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- sautee onion
- make a roux
- add all ingredients
- simmer until potatoes are tender
