  • 1 sweet onion pureed
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 12 oz frozen corn
  • 8 oz bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 lbs potato cut into small chunks
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • sautee onion
  • make a roux
  • add all ingredients
  • simmer until potatoes are tender
