Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 3/4 tbsp butter grass-fed, melted

Instructions
 

  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • Add wet ingredients and combine
  • Spray a frying pan on medium heat with olive or avocado oil and cook on both sides
