Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 3/4 tbsp butter grass-fed, melted
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add wet ingredients and combine
- Spray a frying pan on medium heat with olive or avocado oil and cook on both sides
