No-Bake Eclair Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages French vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups Whole milk
  • 8 ounces Cool-Whip thawed
  • 1 14 ounce package Graham crackers
  • 1 16 ounce container Milk chocolate frosting

Instructions
 

  • Mix pudding mix and milk in a bowl
  • Fold in the Cool-Whip
  • Place 1 layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 pan
  • Add half the pudding mixture
  • Place another layer of graham crackers
  • Add the remaining pudding mixture
  • Place another layer of graham crackers
  • Microwave and stir frosting until it pours easily and cover the top layer of graham crackers with the frosting
  • Let chill at least 2 hours before serving

Notes

Some graham crackers will be left over.
