No-Bake Eclair Cake
Ingredients
- 2 packages French vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 cups Whole milk
- 8 ounces Cool-Whip thawed
- 1 14 ounce package Graham crackers
- 1 16 ounce container Milk chocolate frosting
Instructions
- Mix pudding mix and milk in a bowl
- Fold in the Cool-Whip
- Place 1 layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 pan
- Add half the pudding mixture
- Place another layer of graham crackers
- Add the remaining pudding mixture
- Place another layer of graham crackers
- Microwave and stir frosting until it pours easily and cover the top layer of graham crackers with the frosting
- Let chill at least 2 hours before serving
Notes
Some graham crackers will be left over.
