Glazed Bananas
A perfect addition to crepes or for topping ice cream
Ingredients
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a 12-inch pan combine all ingredients except for bananas and bring to a boil over medium heat
- Add bananas and cook for 1 minute on each side
- Serve warm with crepes or ice cream
