  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 c ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c panko
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t italian seasoning

crispy topping

  • 1/4 c panko
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • 2 t olive oil
  • chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • bake 400f for 20 min
  • add topping and bake 5 min more
