Ricotta Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
meatballs
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 c ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c panko
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t italian seasoning
crispy topping
- 1/4 c panko
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 2 t olive oil
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- bake 400f for 20 min
- add topping and bake 5 min more
