Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs sirloin grass-fed, cut in small chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 14 ounce cans petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 15-ounce can black beans
  • 1 15-ounce can kidney beans
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 12 ounces India pale ale
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • chili powder to taste
  • cumin to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sautee onion in olive oil
  • Add beef and garlic and brown, adding the rest of the spices half-way
  • Add remaining ingredients, boil and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes
