Steak Beer Chili
Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin grass-fed, cut in small chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 2 14 ounce cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1 15-ounce can black beans
- 1 15-ounce can kidney beans
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 12 ounces India pale ale
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- chili powder to taste
- cumin to taste
- paprika to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sautee onion in olive oil
- Add beef and garlic and brown, adding the rest of the spices half-way
- Add remaining ingredients, boil and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes
