Ramen Noodles
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 120 ml water
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- make a dough
- rest for 1 hour
- roll to thickest 4 or 5 on pasta maker
- cut into noodles
- place into salted boiling water
- return to boil for 2 minutes
- drain and use in ramen noodle soup
