Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups flour
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • make a dough
  • rest for 1 hour
  • roll to thickest 4 or 5 on pasta maker
  • cut into noodles
  • place into salted boiling water
  • return to boil for 2 minutes
  • drain and use in ramen noodle soup
