Kid-Friendly Chicken Curry
Flavorful but not spicy!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
- 14 oz coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp tumeric
Instructions
- Toss the ingredients in an Instapot and cook for 5 minutes. Then wait 10 minutes before releasing the pressure valve.
- Serve with rice and naan.
