Joe’s Mom’s Poundcake
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Salted Butter softened
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour sifted
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese in a mixer
- Add the eggs to the mixer and combine
- Mix the dry ingredients together and then slowly add to the mixer
- Place in a 5×9 pan that has been greased and floured
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour
