Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups King Arthur pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter grass-fed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 bananas

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugars in a mixer
  • Add the remaining wet ingridients
  • combine dry ingredients separately, then add slowly to the wet ingredients
  • Grease and flour a 5×9 pan, add the mixture and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F
