Peanut Butter and Chickpea Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars

- 1 14 ounce can Chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Blend everything except the chocolate chips in a food processor until smooth
Add chocolate chips and mix to distribute evenly
Place in a greased 8x8 pan
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes
