Peanut Butter and Chickpea Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 ounce can Chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything except the chocolate chips in a food processor until smooth
  • Add chocolate chips and mix to distribute evenly
  • Place in a greased 8x8 pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes
