  • 5 lbs potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions
 

  • steam potatoes
  • blend with wisk attachment potatoes and butter
  • stir in salt and heavy cream
