Sheperd Pie
Ingredients
Stew
- 1 1/2 lb steak cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 c marsala cooking wine
- 2 T worchestershire sauce
- 2 sweet onions pureed
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 c carrots cut small
- 1 c corn
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1/2 T Umami seasoning
- 1 c beef broth
- 2 T corn starch
- 1/2 T salt
Potatoes
- 4 lbs potatoes
- 2 T butter
- 1 t salt
- 1 c greek yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 T parmesan cheese
