Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb steak (cut into 1/2 inch pieces); 1 c marsala cooking wine; 2 T worchestershire sauce; 2 sweet onions (pureed); 2 T olive oil; 1 c carrots (cut small); 1 c corn; 1 sprig rosemary; 1 sprig thyme; 1/2 T Umami seasoning; 1 c beef broth; 2 T corn starch; 1/2 T salt; 4 lbs potatoes; 2 T butter; 1 t salt; 1 c greek yogurt; 4 cloves garlic (crushed); 2 T parmesan cheese
