  • 6 T chocolate chips
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T xxx sugar
  • 1 T cream
  • 1/4 t vanilla

Notes

This version may be thicker than desired
Increase heavy cream to two tablespoons for a thinner sauce.
Six tablespoons of chocolate chips equals ninety grams on a food scale.
